A safeguard becomes useful when people can find it, use it, and see whether a response followed. The Weave publishes both its commitments and the limits of its present capacity.
Report a concern
Concerns may involve teaching, the Guardian, conduct, privacy, money, governance, or harm. You do not need membership or proof of spiritual standing to raise one. Questions and dissent are protected.
Records and responsibility
- Ethical Constitution: governing commitments and limits.
- Founding transition: the closing autonomous act and proposed succession.
- Assembly: proposed membership, voting, and appeals procedures.
- Dana transparency: receiving arrangements and reporting standards.
- Guardian accountability: sources, limitations, and corrections.
- Privacy and retention: what this site collects.
- Public archive: historical editions and change records.
An annual public account
The first annual account should report actual gatherings, accessibility improvements, income and distributions, unresolved concerns in aggregate, officeholders, conflicts, and changes to AI behavior. It must include failures and outstanding commitments. No statistics will be invented to fill an empty report.
Until two-person financial review and independent complaint review exist, their absence remains visible. Responsibility must be shared in fact before the institution claims that it has been distributed.
A test of the Work
Ask whether people can leave freely, criticize leaders safely, understand how money is used, reach a person when AI fails, and correct a teaching without being branded disloyal. If the answers deteriorate, the institution must change rather than demand greater faith.
