Gatherings and testimony

No verified public gathering calendar or established local Loom directory has yet been supplied. The Gathering page's photorealistic images are illustrative representations, not documentation of actual members or meetings. Organizers can offer a gathering through Contact Us; details should be checked before publication.

Personal stories belong to their tellers. We welcome testimony that names a real situation, what changed, what did not, and where the teaching helped or failed. Publication requires consent and the opportunity to review identifying details. Composite or invented situations must be labeled clearly.

The simplest beginning

Read Begin, try one movement today, then discuss what happened with another person. Shared attention can reveal what private reflection misses. A conversation is not an obligation to disclose trauma, a diagnosis, or someone else's confidences.
