Do not begin by declaring belief. Begin by paying attention. The Fourfold Turning is the primary daily practice of the Weave. It can be spoken aloud, written in a notebook, or carried silently into a difficult decision.
Grace · Acceptance
What must I receive?
Name what is present without praise, condemnation, or negotiation. Acceptance does not approve the condition. It establishes the ground from which an honest response can begin.
Faith · Betterment
What good step is possible?
Do not wait for certainty. Choose one proportionate movement toward what appears more truthful, life-giving, or responsible. Faith is movement without guarantees.
Truth · Compassion
What am I refusing to see?
Separate fact from inference. Look for the protected image, the convenient story, and the experience of other beings. Truth corrects; Compassion determines how correction is carried.
Peace · Discipline
What can I integrate and sustain?
Give insight a form that can survive changing moods: a boundary, repair, habit, commitment, or act of service. Peace is not escape from tension. It is alignment made durable.
Start with seven days
Try a free, self-guided week of small actions and reflection. No account or commitment is required.
Start the seven-day introduction
A twenty-eight-day beginning
Practice one movement for seven days. Week one attends to Grace, Acceptance, Gratitude, Greed, and Love More. Week two attends to Faith, Betterment, Intention, Angst, and Fear Less. Week three attends to Truth, Compassion, Forgiving, Pride, and Live Free. Week four attends to Peace, Discipline, Tolerance, Sloth, and Harm None.
At the end, do not ask whether you performed spirituality correctly. Ask what changed in your conduct, what became visible, what failed, what harm needs repair, and whether this path deserves another month of your life.
