Report a Concern

A clear route for correction and care

Use this route for harm, harassment, financial concerns, privacy requests, procedural objections, or errors in a Guardian answer. Reporting is not an act against the Weave. It helps the Work become accountable.

How to report

Send a private report to panawareness@gmail.com, or use Contact Us with public posting unchecked. Include what happened, approximate dates, relevant page or message, your immediate needs, and a safe reply address if you want a response. Share only information necessary to describe the concern. Preserve your own copy.

The current mailbox is administered by the founding steward. It is not an independent safeguarding office and cannot promise legal privilege, guaranteed secrecy, or immediate response. If the concern involves that steward, this route does not constitute independent adjudication. You may seek outside support or report to appropriate authorities without community permission.

Response standard and limits

The proposed service standard is acknowledgment within seven days and a next-step update within thirty days, where a safe reply address is supplied. These are targets, not a promise of staffed coverage. The response should identify who handles the matter, any conflict, interim protection, and the next review point. Silence does not invalidate a concern.

An allegation is not automatically a finding. Safety measures, evidence preservation, fair response, and independent review serve different purposes. Neither a leader nor the Guardian may demand that a harmed person forgive, reconcile, or remain silent.

When the site is not the right first step

For immediate danger, seek nearby human help and local emergency services. Reports to police, child-protection services, healthcare providers, employers, regulators, or other relevant bodies do not need internal approval. A pastoral conversation must not obstruct protection or investigation.

Correcting the Guardian

Include the question, the problematic answer, and why it appears wrong. Remove identifying details from third parties. Corrections should compare the answer with the current source and publish material canonical or systemic errors without exposing the person who reported them.
