Seeker: Encounter
Study the one-page architecture, complete the twenty-eight-day beginning, attend open Gatherings, and learn to distinguish knowledge, inference, hope, symbol, and speculation.
Weaver: Practice
Develop a sustainable Rule, complete service and repair work, study the founding book, and demonstrate the ability to hold Acceptance with Betterment and Compassion with Discipline.
Guide: Facilitation
Learn listening, group facilitation, source attribution, boundaries, conflict practice, safeguarding, and referral beyond one’s competence. Guide a Loom under review without claiming authority over conscience.
Guardian: Stewardship
Accept a limited, accountable role in teaching, governance, care, scholarship, or safeguarding. Guardians disclose conflicts, undergo continuing review, and can be removed through fair process.
What is never taught
There is no secret cosmology reserved for advanced members, no supernatural rank, no coerced confession, no isolation from outside relationships, and no practice in which sexual access, sleep deprivation, humiliation, or surrender of property is treated as initiation. The school exists to increase freedom and responsibility, not dependence.
