Is this old material with new names?
Many ingredients are inherited. The Weave does not claim to have invented interdependence, impermanence, contemplative practice, virtue, grace, faith, compassion, or disciplined community. Its distinctive proposal is the integrated architecture and the attempt to build religious commitment without compulsory certainty.
Does interdependence prove that reality is one?
No. Interdependence supports relational thinking. Dialectical monism remains a philosophical interpretation adopted for its coherence and consequences, not an empirical result disguised as fact.
Is Light just God renamed?
It can carry theistic meaning, but it does not require one exclusive metaphysics. It names the sacred orientation toward awareness, truth, love, creative becoming, and the Good.
Can Harm None be honest?
Only as a governing ideal. Living always has consequences. The Law directs attention toward unnecessary harm, proportionality, least-destructive workable choices, protection, and repair.
How does the Weave avoid becoming a cult?
No wording guarantees safety. The tradition therefore requires freedom to leave, no infallibility, transparent money, distributed authority, independent review, explicit sexual and therapeutic boundaries, and a constitution placing persons above institutional reputation.
Where is the evidence that it works?
The exact system has not earned sweeping empirical claims. It must be practiced, criticized, observed, and revised. Coherence and beauty are reasons to investigate, not proof of transformation.
What would count as failure?
The project fails if it produces dependence instead of freedom, protects doctrine from truth, conceals harm, rewards spiritual status, mistakes growth for goodness, or becomes more concerned with expansion than with the quality of lives and relationships.
