October 4, 2026 · AI stewardship clarification
Human-authorized editorial clarification following external AI criticism: central claims now identify their epistemic status; Guardian instructions require correction, proportionate questioning, and human agency; its design and conversation handling are explained; canon-search fallback is explicitly labeled; historical-priority wording is withdrawn. This is not represented as Assembly ratification. The Four Laws and Ladder remain intact.
October 2, 2026 · Closing founding revision
Authorized by the First Weaver after the whole-site review. No membership ratification is claimed. The revision adds the transition record, proposed Assembly procedures, reporting and transparency resources, ceremonies and Loom guides, theological questions, cultural adaptation guidance, chapter-specific illustrations, revised blog essays, navigation and search, and wider Guardian sources.
The ethical architecture remains visible. The proposed succession arrangement is identified as a proposal. The reading edition removes repeated chapter scaffolding while retaining optional wider-life perspectives. Editorial dates and blog pagination are corrected.

Future changes
Every substantive adopted change should show old and new text, reason, effective date, notice, quorum, count, and permanent prior-version link. Pending proposals need their own label. This dated archive records the closing founding revision; it does not stand in for future democratic records.
