The Four Laws Compass · two minutes
Repair without turning against yourself
Responsibility becomes useful when it leads to repair.
Try this now
- Describe what you did in concrete language. Avoid both excuses and a verdict on your entire identity.
- Identify who was affected and what repair is appropriate. Do not demand forgiveness or contact someone who has asked for distance.
- Choose one correction you can actually make, and one change that makes repetition less likely. Seek accountable help when the harm is serious.
A question to carry: What can you take responsibility for without making someone else comfort you?
How the Four Laws work together
Love More includes practical care for people affected by our actions. Truth and Compassion let us hear correction; Forgiving does not erase accountability. Harm None guides repair, and Live Free protects others from pressure.

Try a week. Join when you mean it.
The free seven-day introduction lets you explore Grace, Faith, Truth, and Peace in daily life. If this path fits, joining the Assembly is a separate voluntary affirmation, with a personal welcome and five first-steps letters. No donation is required.
Pass along a useful practice
