Practice Results and Concerns

Voluntary reports about how the practices actually land, including confusion and harm.

Trying a practice is not a promise of benefit. This page records voluntary experience, not clinical outcomes or a controlled study. Anonymous counts appear only after five reports; private notes help the steward identify what needs correction.

How results will be read

Participation is self-selected, repeat reports are possible, and the site does not verify improvement or causation. A harmful report matters even when counts are small: the steward should review it and, where warranted, document a change in the corrections ledger. This form does not promise a personal reply because it asks for no contact details. Reader Review accepts specific public criticism.
